MISSIONS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY STUDY PROGRAM (APTSP) <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Carrying out learning activities in the field of food technology and agricultural products to produce Bachelors of Agricultural Technology who are entrepreneurial, intelligent, creative and have noble character.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Developing food science technology and agricultural products through research activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Disseminating food science and technology and agricultural products through community service activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Developing a healthy higher education governance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    PROGRAM  EDUCATIONAL  OBJECTIVES  (PEO)  OF THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY STUDY PROGRAM (APTSP)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Producing the Bachelor of Agricultural Product Technology who performs ethical, discipline and respect to differences and diversity as well as a long-life learner’s attitudes with an entrepreneurial spirits in daily life and profession.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Producing Bachelor of Agricultural Product Technology of  who performs logical, analytical, systematical, and comprehensive ways of thinking in order to solve the problems and making a new progress based on the updated science and technology as well regulations of Agricultural Product Technology sector and relevant fields<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Producing the Bachelor of Agricultural Product Technology who performs practical, managerial skills and competencies in the fields principles of food science (chemistry and food analysis, microbiology and food safety, engineering and food processing, biochemistry of food and nutrition) in producing safe and high quality food along the food chain.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Producing the Bachelor of Agricultural Product Technology has skills and ability to design a value addition in food processing and engineering combining various unit operations to produce safe and quality foods.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Producing the Bachelor of Agricultural Product Technology has strong communication skills, critical thinking\/problem solving, life-long learning, professional, interaction, information acquisition, and organizational and entrepreneurial skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
